Only a lord solar, unfortunately. Commissars are so much fun in the lore, but don't get to do much on tabletop for some reason.

Taking partial saves on the models in cover. 😂 stuck in 9th brother? The whole unit gets cover, all attacks are considered to be resolved at same time. Even models out in open get cover if you pull models in cover until the next shooting unit is declared.

You allocated attacks model by model. BoC applies model by model. If you have only one guy in cover, you can allocate to him (and get BoC) until he dies, then you need to allocate the remaining attacks to models not in cover.

@@errdee2008 if one guy has cover, the whole unit has cover, even if you pull the one guy in cover, the rest would still have cover until the next unit shot at them. Not the next attack from the same unit. It’s considered to all happen at once.

​@@tasteofwang81this is not correct. I can't link Reddit threads here, but google "benefit of cover 10th edition" and you will get many detailed answers. By default all attack sequences are rolled one by one. You choose individual models to allocate for. Yes casualties are not removed until all attacks from the same unit are done, but that does not mean the models do not die one by one. You can't allocate to a model in cover who is already lost all it's wounds.
