Next to that small church by the tram road you ought to make graveyard instead of park. In my opinion it would look like one of the first churches in the city where are the oldest graves of the first citizens. That's just my piece of advice. If you think that park is better leave it. PS. you'r doing a real masterpiece
@ondramalanik84637 ай бұрын
most of those churches wouldn't have those gaveyards around this time period - by this time, they were mostly either migrated to central graveyard or , so park is actually fitting more. Plus, the older churches with possible graveyards would be on the outskirts, as they would have been just small enclaves/villages gradually connected to the old town. And the old town itself would have something like ossuaries, the cities were crowded back then and graveyards weren't "cool". sorry for digging out your old comment btw

Can't wait to see the city in much bigger size when complete and it is possible. Unlike building cities in Minecraft in which you have to take care of every single detail from roads to buildings to just about every architectural structure block by block. Very time consuming effort with big advantages to completely customize your own unique building and everything you set your mind into which is definitely worth the price.

1.Maybe a small fire at the beggining to show Germans going into the city 2.German flags mode 3.As it is a central European city he should make ghetto district that nobody can go out from. And maybe at the end make all building there abandoned showing how Jews were taken to a concentracion camp 4. Forcing some part of the population to move from town (to death camps, as labour, etc.) 5. Of course the railway will not be available for citizens 6. Maybe a few small meteors as bombs when Germans will start losing 7. You can destroy some strategic buildings (partisants) 8. More small meteors (now - artillery shells). You can combine them with small fires 9. Look at the map and decide where strategic points are. Send much more bombs there. 10. Decide if Germans are going to defend in the city. Propably they will. Combine small meteors and collapsing and use them as a wave. Don't use too much - its not Warsaw to be completely destroyed 11. Soviet flags mode

When you go to the soviet era of Central Europe, you should check out Sam Bur's Samivostok series that is currently on going. Stick with your own style of course, but you should definitely see if you like any of the Soviet style of buildings that he is using.

Your City looks very medival. Residetial citys, especially, when they were destroyed during the 30 years war, were often excecilly redeveloped after Baroque or Rokkoko ideals into a representative district, if the nobel ruling was wealthy enough and the rerrain aloowed it. Edit: About brickwork in northern Germany/Netherlands/Danmark it was and is really common. There was even an arcitectical stile called Brick gothic: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brick_Gothic

decals don't work like that with procedural objects, when converted, you are only changing the size of a box which defines where the texture displays on the ground, but the texture itself is not changed, so stretching this box does nothing, you can only cut it
