Sarajevo public transport (vol. 4)

As I had more footage of trolleybuses than anything else in Sarajevo, I decided to dedicate a whole video to help you explore the system and get to know the landscapes and places they pass through. Enjoy (yeah like in Sarajevo public transport (vol.3), this intro was really time-consuming while making it, so I hope the work is worth it hehe)
UPDATE : All MAN SG200 HOs have been retired, with 612 breaking down by the end of February 2019. Also, 7 new trolleybuses from Bern have arrived, but their entry into service is yet to come.

Thanks! Sadly chances are very small that 610 gets back on the road, especially after hearing that 7-8 "new" trolleybuses will be coming to Sarajevo in less than a month... For now, only 612 is left of the SG200 HOs, and we must admit that 610 and 612 are becoming too old to stay in revenue service (35 years). Also, since all the other SG200 HOs have been sent to the scrap dealer (except 611), there are very few spare parts to repair them :/

@@TramBusAl Thank you for the quick answer! Since I was born in Solingen (and I still live there) I really love the MAN trolleys. I might be interested in buying the last SG 200 HO if it's possible.

@@alexanderlanger221 Vehicles leave GRAS only as secondary resources i.e. scrap steel. So I'm not sure you will be able to buy it.

Joj ni jedan vise MAN SG200 ne vozi ali ja mislim da ih je bilo šest jer jedan u depou je razvaljen sivo zuti i jednom je skinut zadnji dio a prvog nema a bila su dva plava Bh Telecom sada crveno narandzasti jedan sivi bijeli i narandzasti i to je to sto znam možda je bilo vise ali neznam

Very important video. Thanx for sharing. I have two question. Should the Number 630 vehicle came from switzerland. I saw in luzern a lot of vehicles as same as this painting style. Second question is; İstanbul municipality send to zenitska 20 pieces MAN SL 200 bus, do you know, are they still in service?

The 630 is indeed from Switzerland, but from the city of St. Gallen. There were similar vehicles in Luzern, but none of the articulated ones were exported (as they also had standard 12-metre trolleybuses, which were mostly sold to Valparaiso). Concerning the 20 MAN SL200 buses in Zenica, it's the first time I hear about this and can't confirm you anything. Sarajevo has on the other hand received approximately 60 Mercedes-Benz O345 buses from İETT, of which roughly half are still in service.

Trolejbusi kao trolejbusi su super.. ali narod ih je dosta unistio.. kao i tramvaje.. samo se potpisuju i unistavaju.. ne kontam poentu unistavanja gradskog prevoza, inace super video.
