I do suffer from insomnia and have trouble sleeping. I’ve listened to a lot of channels with relaxing music that says it will help you sleep. Yours really does. I hope all that read this find relief from their troubles, Love for who they are, peace in knowing that you are not alone in your struggles. I was recently diagnosed with somatic symptom disorder, meaning I can't actually tell whether I'm stressed out, but it will affect my body. I have been dealing with high levels of stress that I've been unaware of; I only became aware when I noticed my heartrate was consistently above 100 and would not go down. My therapist recommended listening to music throughout my day to adjust my body's natural rhythm to the music. After listening to this for a while my heartrate finally dropped to 83 bpm; I will definitely be using music like this in the future to keep my stress levels lower and my body healthy.
