Hello. I'm here to learn (a bit late I know) so just wanted to say congratulations on your very informative videos. I've watched a few today and already feel a lot more enlightened. I made a close minded and disparaging comment about a trans issue the other day and felt shitty about it when I went to bed. Good luck in your struggle although I don't think you need it.

Everyone who has a cervix does have a female sex though regardless of 'gender' and that's what's important and will prevent medical errors in treatment, not changing wording for a theory.

Please allow me to rehash your argument about why the topic of cervixes is moot, and correct me if I’m wrong. I believe what you’re saying is that the topic of whether or not only women have cervixes is inappropriate because there is evidence that proves contrary to that idea, therefore the answer should be a no-brainer because of this evidence, which renders the question unimportant, and thus takes away from time that could be devoted to other issues regarding the trans community. Good points, if that is your argument, and again correct me if I’m wrong. However, I would disagree. I think the question is actually the most important because I don’t think the trans community’s political opponents can move towards effective change unless a consensus is met in regards to the answer, because people don’t see a reason to change their behavior if it contradicts their way of thinking. I found steel manning my opponents arguments shows them you have listened and respect their opinion. THEN if you can topple it, it can be attributed to actual holes in their thinking rather than a misunderstanding.
