Great film guys . I`ll be doing this route next Sept I`ve been through Cortina d Ampezzo up through the South Tyrol . Did you guys ride any gravel ? Would you have preferred a Gravel bike ? And where was that big climb ? Thanks stay safe.

Hi Craig, having a gravel bike would be definitely great. Many parts in Bavaria could be done on white roads making it even nicer. The key pass you see there is Passo Resia. Nothing crazy. In fact this route follows Via Claudia Augusta, a Roman trading route that made alps crossing easier
