Beginner at Scottish Gaelic here. Blundered across this tune a few days ago and now I can't get it out of my head. Sgoinneil! Math fhèin!

I've got my eyes and ears on the flautist Michael McGoldrick. The guy is a magician, a wizard of the flute. And such a puckish, sportive style: a charmer for sure.

Years....YEARS....I've been listening to this and watching the video (which I bought and own), so I think it's time this was said......Karen Matheson is one of the sexiest women I've ever seen. Add that to her immeasurable talent, you have a dream, one I enjoy often.

Pure talent! The beautiful music comes out of their hearts naturally and softly, and seeps through my heart and gives me goosebumps. Love, love, love!

MÀILI DHONN Chorus (after each verse): Màili dhonn, bhòidheach dhonn, Màili dhonn, till i dhachaidh Gruagach òg a chùil duinn, Dh'èireadh m'intinn air t'fhaicinn. Gura mise tha gu tinn, Cùl mo chinn air na leacann, Bha mi 'reimhe rotach, garbh Air an fhairge 'gam marcachd. Gura mise tha gun spèird Ann an Dùn Eideann 's an Sasann Bha mi 'reimhe am measg nan seòid 'Cluich an òir air na cairtean. A' tighinn timcheall Rudha Lìod, 'S iomadh gunna caol a' lasadh. Leig mo Mhàili 'n siud m'a chluais, Ghabh i 'n cuan, 's ann bha 'fasan. Thog i 'h-acraichean ann an Éirinn, Leig i brèid ann an Sasann; Bhuail i 'sròn air tìr a' Lìod, 'S leig i 'chrìdhe ann an Glaschu. 'S ann an t-seachdain bho an dè Thog mi brèid ann an Sasann, 'S ann a shamhlaich mi do cheum Ri laogh fèidh 's e aig astar. Bha i siùbhlach gun mheathadh Eadar chruinn agus ragan; Darach nach teirig a choidh Eadar dhruim agus plangan. Nuair a thèid mi chun na fèill' 'S e do bhrèid a thig dhachaidh; Tops'l ùr 'ga dheanamh dlùth, Ged chosgadh e crùn an t-slat dhomh.

Does anyone have a music Sheet for this beautiful song? I want to play Maili Dhonn on Tin Whistle so badly.

Isn't the song from Cape Breton Canada, and presumably originally from Scotland?
