I was at this gig last night. I've seen them over 200 times and it was one of the most disappointing I've seen. There were a few magic moments but overall very dull. Magnus is a shit singer and his songs are crap, not Hawkwind at all. He also wouldn't shut up talking shite between tracks. A very sad way to end gor myself, 95% of their live shoes I've seen were great which makes this ending even harder to take.

Where's Brock now? & he has 100% wrong sounding voice, I saw them few times in the 80's

Yeh Magnus is a decent guitarist but not really a lead singer and he talks way too much onstage and in interviews when he’s only a relatively new member. Brock has shown tremendous faith in him.

@@uncleambient 7 years isn't new. More often than not Brock gets it right on his line up changes but do think they have missed a trick not having a decent singer in the band since Alan Davey left

I've never been a fan of Magnus as a singer either and some of his guitar sounds are horrible.
