have seen many fermenters, breweries etc but your fermenters are beautiful and nice kept. really an inspiration for upcoming brewers. Cheers.

Love it! I particularly like how you share some of the subtleties that you and your crew do for various reasons - like the part where you mention starting around 750-800 and avoiding starting too low (and risk ruining the motor). All great information as usual!

I just found your channel and really appreciate the work you are doing to share your knowledge and passion for the process of brewing. I had no idea the thought put into what you might think is simple like transferring beer; "connect a hose and move the beer" -NOT. Your series of videos are great, and I enjoy learning from them very much. CHEERS!

Great Job! I’m a brewer in Tibet, found your videos very helpful! Wondering what kind of pump you’re using, does the cf pump will introduce oxygen to your beer?

Awesome as usual! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience! You should think about doing a video on how to transfer without the use of a pump. There are small starting breweries that don't have one of those and use only pressure.

Hello . great video. how do you sanitize and purge oxygen out of the receiving Brite tank.? love this videos cheers
@modgrip8054 жыл бұрын
Sani loop with peracetic acid or similar sanitiser. Then fill and purge two or three times before setting to receiving pressure (whatever your fermenter is at).

Why do you have two valves on the racking arm of your FV? They look like they're right next to each other. Also, why the two, opposing butterfly valves on the output side of your pump?

Hey jasper, I have a cuestion on this one, dont you think the centrifugal pump might jincrease risk of ocidation at this point? Is it an option to transfer by just relising thr bbt presute? Thanks for all tje videos great job, very didactic!

Very nice channel, I really enjoy watching it. I have only one question regarding this video. From where is the water in the first step of transferring beer and what is it used for? Cheers :)
@brewerylife35967 жыл бұрын
The water that is packed in the hoses is a sanitizer. This is from sanitizing the BBT before putting beer into it. After the sanitizing loop is done just close the butterfly valves on the hoses and to leave them packed. Is this the water you mean? Hope this helps, cheers!

Yes, I meant the transfer through the hose at 2:10, I didn't see your hose is connected to CIP with pump, I thought that pump is used to transfer beer from FV to BBT. Thanks for answer.
