Sir ji we have filed transfer application to transfer my case from 1 JMFC to another JMFC within the district.... since the JMFC was behaving biasly..... the transfer application is on argument status before the district judge .....however still that Biased JMFC is taking hearing on my case and also keeping short dates for the hearing and passing impugned orders ......Sir ji what should I do? please Guide .

Hi sir whether banks have rights to set off surplus money pledged gold sold in action for father crop loan took by pledger in the same bank. But not issued any notice to pledger sale of pledged goods. Pledger want to withdraw the surplus money from account but manager refusing to withdrawal money ,what is the solution?
