Sir, in case of a "development contract" between owner of plot and a developer, developer wants to infuse a clause that he'll get right to sell certain part of property as consideration. Would that be considered as transfer under provisions of ToPA, 1882? Or is merely a consideration paid by buyer on behalf of owner? And does it require to pay stamp duty on the same? (If he does, then wouldn't it be dual payment of duty on one transaction)
