Bear is a game changer if the coaches can get him to concentrate.

As an Oregon fan, I don't want them to get it done with Bear Alexander. He is not good for the culture. You don't quit on your team mid season. He can go play for SMU
@CalebTrask2 күн бұрын
Consider the context. His coach has been the highly overrated Lincoln Riley. Bear Alexander could be a very different player under Lanning and Lupoi, especially with having a bunch of Oregon Ducks as teammates, holding him accountable.
@thomasmullaney5791Күн бұрын
All respect, you have literally no clue what happened with Bear at USC or UGA. Dan Lanning will vet him and decide if whatever his issues actually are is something that we can handle. If you don't trust Lanning at this point, you never will trust his judgement
@AlaskaDuckDynastyКүн бұрын
I 100% agree, Bear can go anywhere else, stay away from our locker room full of hard working team focused players.
@dariusp257Күн бұрын
@@thomasmullaney5791 Sure but they have kids like Brelan, Johnson, Sims, Gray, etc that put in the work and did not quit on their team. I don't care what happened to him at USC, one thing is for certain, the kid is not mature enough to deal with it, stick to his commitment and hit the portal later if that is what he wanted. Lanning has done a great job and I trust that he will trust the process of developing the kids he recruited and not pull the rug from under them by getting a troubled player from the portal

Seems like Duce Robinson is a perfect match for Oregon. He had Oregon as one of his finalists during his recruitment and Oregon needs TE help badly after this season.
@thomasmullaney5791Күн бұрын
???? We have no room at WR and Duce isn't even a good one anyways. He hasn't played TE in years at USC. He's quite literally not a fit at all.

With new 105 roster limit and 105 scholarship will this be end of walk on and award Boettcher won?

Pretty much.

No to Bear.. didn't impress me at USC.. seems like a quitter.

Maybe that says more about Lincoln Riley and USC, than it says about Alexander.

@CalebTrask from Georgia to USC to the portal again? Naw..

Total quitter. Me first attitude. He can head to SMU, I would never want him in Eugene.

My hopes for the transfer portal: Find a way to sign: Dillon Thieneman Tacario Davis Those two would be great replacements for outgoing players, Tacario Davis and Sione Laulea are similar players but it would be nice to have a huge corner for game when the Ducks play big WRs Wish List: Duce Robinson Williams Nwaneri I know most Duck Insiders dismiss these two but the Ducks just don’t have a 6’6” healthy jump ball specialist, I just don’t know that Kasper or Dickey will ever be healthy. And Nwaneri probably ends up in Nebraska but he would be a great sub for Rushing, same body type and size, they could keep each other fresh. My hell no list: Bear Alexander Johntay Cook Quinten Joyner These three could be called the “all about me” trio. I don’t want their attitudes anywhere are my beloved Ducks. No thanks. Stay away.

Lol so what about Lamar Jackson?

Neither of you explained anything about Bear Alexander that explains why you said about him what you said about him.
@ramspencer54922 күн бұрын
The culture at Oregon could be exactly what Bear Alexander needs. Lanning & Co will have to assess that. If that's the case I could see him thriving here! I'm kind of nervous about what's going on at offensive tackle. Is is Josh Connolly gone for sure? And it's rough that that we missed Lincoln Care or Stewart at Tight end

Not a Colorado or a fan of Deion Sanders' coaching style but I got to say that going both ways in every game in a Big 5 conference and excelling at both positions is what is extraordinary . Travis Hunter deserves the Heisman.
@kingavalon24162 күн бұрын
Colorado still wouldnt be good without him . Sanders at qb is more important for them so hunter should not sniff it
@mcahtme29772 күн бұрын
Gotta disagree with Jhop with the Heisman stuff. Cam Ward has the best offense in the country with lesser talent than Oregon, so that should be more impressive. Although you shouldn’t punish Dillion for having better talent than Cam so I understand.

Two losses that actually should’ve been 3-4 losses doesn’t shine well on Miami
@mcahtme29772 күн бұрын
@ that’s why you play the whole game, so they weren’t 3-4 losses 🤷🏾♂️. Ppl say Oregon lost to Boise State if it weren’t for 2 special teams touchdowns but we all know that’s bs lol
@Brandontheduck2 күн бұрын
Cam put up those numbers because his team needed him too. Miami defense sucks. Oregons offense is still better, even tho they don’t have to produce as much to win.
@mcahtme29772 күн бұрын
@@Brandontheduck bro you respectfully make no sense, of course he needed to put up those numbers so they wouldn’t lose the game. The defense sucks but at the same token if his defense was average or as good as Oregon’s he’d be putting up more numbers with already the #1 offense because the defense would be out there less, makes sense?
