this is called the hot zone speaker according to management communication theory as there is a great variation in pitch of the volume and body language. there are too many non-verbal signs in the postures.

It seems the subject required modulation.., since having tax evasion issue involved in it while assessment...The transferor would try to transfer goods at lesser price (below open market price) for evading tax on real profit which could have been earned.. Thus managing part would bear the argument that it was done to utilize full capacity utilisation against the counter argument by AO that the same may got increased following the need of related transferee..
