Sir @4:22 how is US saving 30000 dollars? I didn't understand.
@harishojha64346 жыл бұрын
+neha gupta See, when u purchase something, the purchase amount is your expense. Now, whatever is the amount of expense, our profit shall get reduced by that expense. As the amount of expense increase, our profit gets reduced and so does our taxes.
@harishojha64346 жыл бұрын
+Prof. Harish Ojha So with the amount of expense, we directly say we have saved the tax by such amount.

Not able to understand... Jab tax rate 30% hai to $30,000 save kese ho sakte hain.. Please clear samjhaya kariye... Aadhe mein atka diya
@harishojha64345 жыл бұрын
It's okay Akarsh. Let me explain, please understand. This video was created with respect to CA/CS Final level, so I didn't explain that thing in detail. But let me quote an example to make you understand it clearly: Suppose Sale value of a product is Rs 100 Purchase value of the product is Rs 70. And let the tax rate be 30%. Now although you earn Rs 100 by selling your product but at the same time you save your tax by showing Rs 70 as purchase price. And you pay tax on Rs 30 only. In this scenario your earning were 100 and tax would've been applicable on 100 but your purchase price of 70 helped you to reduce your earnings. And this is the only reason I said such in that video. If your doubt still persists, pls call me at 8527073182, I'll make it clear.
