Hi Hailey...when you are filling the nnas application, they will ask you have you given any registration exam and you can mention it there and based on that if any form is generated to verify your exam results, then you can send that to nysed to fill and send back to nnas

Hi...by passing nclex you only meet the registration exam and education requirements. You still need to meet language proficiency by either passing ielts or by showing that you used english efficiently at workplace

Hi...not necessarily...you can inform CNO that you have passed NCLEX and they will send you email with further steps and the form that they want the NYSED to fill and send to them.

Hi...congratulations on passing your nclex exam!!! You donot need to meet the educational requirement by completing educational course now. As passing nclex meets both your registration as well as education requirements. Simply create account with CNO and meet the unmet requirements. Get your results transferred to CNO

Hi...well there is other method also. But, I am not sure it would take less time or same as the one I told. In your CNO account, now there is option to update your education, registration etc. So, you update your registration exam in your account. CNO sends you email with a link of form to be sent to the nursing board to verify your registration. But the nursing board will verify to CNO only after you have been registered. But, I guess you save the time waiting for the post/ envelope

hi, actually we can do the same process without receiving envelope too, because we only need license no for this process right. so we can check license no in nysed, license verification, and we can also check if we are registered or not, registered through date will be there. So we can proceed further before getting envelope

Hi...you can send them the email with the form. Or you can simply email them as well that you want your results to be transferred to CNO. But you have to pay the transfer fee...

Hi...No dear...you have to go through NNAS still as CNO does not accept direct applications. They need the applicants to be assessed by the NNAS first.

Well I think you will still be considered an IEN candidate. How did you got your RPN license? You must have processed through Nnnas...call CNO and ask how you should proceed? I think you can start your cno application for RN category

Hi...Amanjot usually it takes 14 days to transfer the results but then it again takes almost 14 days for the results to get reflected in your account

Hi...I think that it can be done. Not very sure about it and the process. Call the board and ask that you want your results to be transferred to CNO and what is the proces? If its all online process, then ofcourse you can do it from India too...

Like you have option for SPEP if you have cleared your RN exam, else go back to the home country and work for a month or two and send then the forms of evidence of practice and your registration of nursing

Well honestly, i donot have much idea about this. But it is highly probable that CNO will not ask for verification again as NNAS does the document verification for CNO at first place.

Hi...you have to wait for nysed to send registration to CNO. You can see your documents received update on your CNO account usually in 2 weeks period. After that, CNO updates your requirements met in a 2 weeks period.

Hi Mallam...yeah, it takes time...as NYSED sends documents by regular mail and it takes 10-14 days to reach CNO and then CNO also takes 2-3 weeks to process it and reflect it on your online account

Hi...you donot receive any communications in this process. But when CNO receives documents from NYSED, it gets updated in your CNO application account. When you scroll down the page, there is a section of document received. It usally takes 15-20 days. Also, you can call nysed to get an update on status of your request

Hi...first of all, Congratulations for nailing NCLEX RN. You usually receive it, sometimes its just the long weekends that make the difference. Donot worry. Still, if curious, you can call Nysed service centre and get an update about your license. But, its a paid call i guess
