Ill give them a try. Can’t imagine getting more of a benefit than from slow eccentric deficit rows with tension pauses at full stretch. Those have literally blown my back up over the past year. Highly highly recommend. 3-4 second eccentric, 2 second pause, 1 second concentric. And always use straps. You’ll have to lighten the load but it will be well worth it i promise
