After a long drawn out illness this year, I had lost some weight and it really showed in my face. I wasn’t thrilled with the laxity in my jowls. On a whim, I started using a gua sha. I keep it in the shower as it is a visual reminder to use. Even then, I use it about 4 times a week. I have noticed an improvement in the loose skin. Improved blood flow and moving the lymph can’t hurt. I’m sure there would be even greater results if I used it daily. Overall, I’m pleased. I recently purchased a larger gua sha for lymphedema in another part of my body and I’m hopeful that over time there will be less pain and swelling. I know the risks of keeping the gua sha in the shower should I accidentally drop it and it breaks. Therefore, it might not be ideal for everyone, especially those with grip strength issues.

Hi Lisa :) GREAT VIDEO !!!!! I haven't said HELLO in so very long! Your fan Mary from Toronto, ON here. I recently purchased a GUA SHA stainless steel tool. I have only done it 1x this week. I wasn't sure if I could do it every day. I have read if you do it too hard you can injure yourself etc... I did a firm but not hard session. Is a stainless steel gua sha ok? If there are 2-3items that you could recommend for a 60 year old woman, what would they be. Cannot buy the whole thing at once currently. Also, I sometimes go down the TIKTOK rabbit hole (yikes) and Castor oil of course is the rage. I did purchase earlier this year (organic etc) ... and now I hear that adding Frankincense to the castor oil is the bomb. Supposed to be WOW WOW WOW for the skin, wrinkles, pigmentation etc... What are your thoughts on this concoction? Thanks so much ! Mary :)

E🧡 Hello! Yes, just be mindful of who is telling you about Castor oil. Castor oil is wonderful, but not if your skin is not in great shape it’s not a miracle unless you’re taking care of your skin. As for Peaches skin care products start at the top with 🍑Flawless a exfoliator 🍑classic cleanser 🍑classic moisturizer. All I ask is that you do not use any other skin care product with Peaches in the beginning while your skin gets healthy As for the Stainless Steel, Gua Sha, I had one sent to me and I have to be honest I did not love it. Awake 🧡 Good Morning 🌞 I take very good care of my skin ( my Peaches protocol) so I have great texture and tone. For me I see lifting of both muscles and bone ( I actually try to lift the bone every time I massage) when we massage and create blood flow, that oxygenates skin cells and creates collagen at any age. When our muscles are firmer and stronger our skin adhere to the muscles more and is much more defined. I also don’t have crepey skin. I hope this answers your question?
