@@deborah972 Deborah, you are very kind! I have a lot of clients that live the new Image 50 Tinted SPF. I tried it and it gives me a dark tone to my skin I don’t love. But it’s along the lines of a serum spf. We do really well with our Tinted SPF 30. It’s a beauty balm. Our clients got upset when I discontinued it. It’s actually a product I’ve been working on to launch a 46+. It’s hard because there’s only a few manufacturers in the USA. It’s FDA regulated do it’s really expensive to have formulas made! I hope I helped a little!🌹💕🌹

Hi dear , how is like to start tretinoif or other That I have in my closet . But I have I bit of erythema around nose and cheeks . I also have dry skin only sometimes . Do you have an advice for me ? I want to use for anti-aging with my stem cell

Hi! Yes, I have advice. When you apply the Tretinoin make sure you only dab it to areas where you want to see fine lines, hyperpigmenation or wrinkles. Don't apply it to the areas around the nose because it irritates. As far as the cheeks apply a deep moisturizer first and then layer the Tretinoin on top of the moisturizer. It will be less strong but still deliver results. Use the Tretinoin gradually, maybe 1-2 times a week for the first 2 weeks, 2-3 times after 3 weeks. But, layer moisture first! I hope this helps you! There are some dermatologist that say it actually helps sensitive and rosacea skin so try and stay with it! Thanks, Kelly

Hi Tia, We don't sell anything stronger than Tretinoin .05%. Can you get Tretinoin .1%? Here's a suggestion, if your skin has accl limated to .05% try the Naturium Retinaldehyde in combination with the .05%. I found by adding a 2nd form of Retinoid my skin is becoming smoother. I am working on a stronger form of Retinoid for our brand! I know! There's a log of options to ramp up your Tretinoin. I think layering actives is super exciting.
