I could not stop yawning yawning the whole time through these EFTs, like voracious yawns, like it was almost coming from the EFT or something. I hope it was some form of energy release or release anyway

That is an excellent sign of the release and rewiring!! Yawning, tearing up, burping etc are common things with eft, it means the energy is flowing. That's also why we do the shaking hands hard and fast to help the energy move and release. 💜

I couldn't stop crying even when I got to the positive parts :/ trying to interpret that as just letting things go but it was hard to feel happy and light

It can be hard having all the bottled up emotions come up at the end. That is why we do some pattern interrupts and the positive affirmations at the end. If it still feels heavy, go back to the releasing sequence with whatever emotions came up until you get closer to a neutral feeling and feeling lighter. Sometimes it takes a few more rounds to have things fall into place! It also doesn't have to be all in one day. Come back to it whenever you feel like you need to.

I loves this! I have tried many manifestations techniques with no results. But after doing this I have for the first time got a little proof/sign that it’s working. I have been in NC with my sp ( my ex ) for almost two month. I did this tapping exercise last Tuesday and two days later my ex reached out to me and apologized for everything. My eyes got big, and could not believe this was actually happened. I was happy but also felt some kind of anxiety We texted a little bit the next few days, but not much. But now a week later it’s very little I hear from her. So I don’t have her back fully jet, and I’m a little confused. Because this tapping/manifestation exercise clearly had some kind of effect on her, but I still don’t have her fully jet. So I have a question for you I hope you will answer. Should I do this exercise again? Or is one time enough and then it will sort out? How often should I do this exercise? Love your videos ☺️

I'm so glad you broke NC!! That is great news! This is actually a super important time to KEEP GOING. You got rid of a block and the 3d responded and now you need to keep getting rid of more beliefs and blocks. The thing to remember is that beliefs have layers. so whenever you reach a new level, you have to remove that new block. Keep tapping, keep uncovering and going through all the memories to remove the beliefs blocking the connection from fully forming/ getting them back. There's a couple more videos on the channel to help you as well as the wish fulfilled meditation that I am sure will help you massively! This is NOT a bad thing to happen it is actually great because you can now keep uncovering and tapping beliefs away. Don't give it any power and just focus on the end result, your wish fulfilled. the 3d doesn't matter!
