Thrift flip a dress with me into a halter and matching skirt set. The crochet set is perfect for summer. I bring you a step by step tutorial on making this halter crop top and midi skirt as seen on my tik tok. The digital halter sewing pattern is available for purchase on my Etsy (S-L). Hi, is your halter top pattern come with seam allowance? Or should i add it?

On her Etsy shop it says that the seam allowance is included in the pattern, so no need to add any

Just bought your pattern for this. Was wondering if you think a tshirt fabric would hold. Thinking about trying it with a cool vintage tee! Possibly doubling the layers for a stronger hold as well.

Yea should work great with a vintage tee!! Just make sure you also line it with the same type of fabric or another t shirt!

Did you change the pattern at all for the top? This halter looks a little more revealing than the dress or am I crazy? Did you make the cups smaller? I like the cut on this halter more than the dress!

everything is possible if you only hand sew. machines only make things faster, hand sewing is usually better.
