I was creating a couple of shortfilms with Lensgo Ai, from my learning I can contribute that it certainly works better when working with a single character, and with fewer details better, in this case I trained a model of a woman on a green background and a black background, and the separate scenarios, then I unified them, that way the Ai works less and is more precise

I am planning to create a small anime where I will introduce my super hero. This is something that I am planning to do for last couple of months and I was exploring different tools to do it. Today YT suggested this video and I guess I am the lucky winner today? Thank you for sharing such an informative video where you broke down the pieces bit by bit. I hope I will get the opportunity to deep dive more into lensgo! Thank you once again and keep making more videos like this one!

Hey! Well done, you’re definitely amongst the first three to pitch a reasonable use for a free month. Drop me an email and we’ll line up your freebie :-) haydnrushworth@me.com

Results look like a comfy ui workflow from 2 years ago, in regards to the low res stable diffusion -ish quality and the terrible inconsistency from frame to frame, again akin to methods from a couple years back.. Lens go needs some serious updating to compete. Hopefully they can recognize how far behind they are and adjust accordingly.
@HaydnRushworth-FilmmakerАй бұрын
The great thing about a free market economy is the abundance of competition, especially in the incredibly open-source environment of most of the AI landscape.

Fantastic episode, well done! I'd love to put my daughter Eden forward for a chance to win the prize. She’s only 14 but already has full access to my editing tools and is working on her first short movie with her friends. Given how much we've discussed AI and its future impact on the industry she’s passionate about, I believe LensGo would be a game changer for her, helping her create something truly impressive. It would be an amazing opportunity for her to develop her skills!
@HaydnRushworth-FilmmakerАй бұрын
Sounds great, could you email me at haydnrushworth@me.com and I'll see if I could persuade LensGo to squeeze her in?

My project is not a movie it's a series so I have been working on episodes and dialogue, background noises and even music soundtracks. So I enjoy watching your progress with your movie venture. Continue the good work.
@HaydnRushworth-FilmmakerАй бұрын
Hey, thanks very much. Well done for focusing on the soundtrack and sound design, they're SUCH powerful tools for filmmakers and often overlooked in the AI filmmaker space at the moment.

The video 2 video bit is so true. Even for choreography seems like best bet is motion capture and video to video. Good tip with "looking away prompt". I've always done the opposite with "looking at camera" in the negative prompt which works sometimes as well.
@HaydnRushworth-FilmmakerАй бұрын
Ohhh, good tip, I’ll try that.

Want to create a Story for Kids tailored to their personalities. Your videos are always awesome. Great work.

Hey, that sounds like a great idea. Ever since I came across the website 16personalities.com, Ive been a fan of the theories of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. It's powerful stuff and doesn't feature remotely enough in great storytelling.

Hi there. My project is a 3d UE 5 animation using Metahumans. So, I want to style transfer to an Arcane and painterly look. I've used Lens 2 Go in the past and had good results. I would appreciate the free month of the pro plan. Thank you for the tutorial.

I don't know; I've seen some good examples of Style Transfer where people use "bad" footage, homemade props, cardboard, etc., and create something more interesting from it. Using v2v on a good and complex scene like this doesn't seem like the best approach imo. Great channel btw!
@HaydnRushworth-FilmmakerАй бұрын
Thanks for the compliment :-) At this stage I’m planning for the future and establishing workflows. It’s true that our experimental test scene from a few years ago is more crisp than v2v at the moment, but that scene has proved invaluable as a litmus test for how far away v2v is from being able to improve a scene and become a workable tool for small, independent filmmakers.

@@HaydnRushworth-Filmmaker I really enjoyed your video analyzing the scripts from AI short films. Are you planning to create one for the latest Gen:48 finalists? It would be incredibly valuable to see your take on it!

I've got a middle school movie about two boys competing for the same girl. It is a walk and talk movie without too much complicated movement. 4 minutes running time. I'd love too try this out with the students I teach.

I think we’re waiting for the first AI company to realise it’s a big deal and try to fix it, then others will follow.

Useful informations in this video ! I have been working on a documentary film with AI, about women from different backgrounds in Africa. My project is the first of it's kind in my country. With this I am starting my journey in the AI film industry. Huge opportunity. I'd appreciate to have access. Thanks in advance.

looks interesting.. but doenst seem usable at this point. You started with a nicely acted and shot movie and turned it into hallucination central
@HaydnRushworth-FilmmakerАй бұрын
Hallucination central… that’s a fair comparison 😆😆😆 At this point, I agree, it’s not ready to ENHANCE a low-budget scene shot by an independent filmmaker and his friends, but I’m trusting that one day it will be. In reality, I’d still consider using these tools in carefully selected shots for a music video.
