Keep it intact with Kingfisher coatings. They are very expensive but amazing at sealing the particles and totally waterproofing. Also, much cheaper than full replacement. Parapet wall at front is most likely to leak at join with roof. Flashband is an economical way to bridge that gap. Also, grab some Reolink CCTV to protect that motor. They do an LTE model that uses 4G to transmit wirelessly to your monitoring point via app. Love the hanger 👌
