I keep forgetting that this Rhinox had some serious sunburn /weird tan job in beast most. lol Anyway, it is a nice overall figure for the time. This version could use a little more paint, but that is my only real nitpick. Sweet review. Keep up the awesome. :)

It's funny that you posted this video so recently. I was just in Toys R Us the other day looking at the Kingdom Rhinox, and thinking back to the mid 90's when his deluxe toy used to be in stores. It might not be super show accurate or exceptionally amazing, but I feel we have gotten to the point where these guys have as much nostalgia to a lot of us just as the G1 and G2 toys do. Always liked the skirt coat tails design, and with his battle mask having details on the inside, it's also kind of cool to have open unlike many others that are just one colour.

Another cool BW figure I didn't have, when BW came out in the 90's I only bought the Predacons. Love the weapon storage in Beast Mode, the open mask look makes him look like R.I.D. Megatron. Another great Review on a bot I had no knowledge about. Hooah!!!!!

when I got him As a teenager. Still Somehow I lost his sword. Back then Since G2 I always bought 2 of each transformer. Still have All of them sealed to this day. I also lost the sword to My G2 Laser rod Sizzle. My G2 Electro.One year I got all 4 laser rods for my birthday. & Only electro did not survive growing up. GPS he was made out of. But I bought the repaints of Rhinox. Now just recently I made a Mold of his Sword & Added Paint color into the resin. & made my own sword to Rhinox again. OK He & wolfang were wave 2 1996. My first job that year too. Part time I was working 10 a week, But during school worked less.

What an awesome toy! The transformation is very similar to the Optimus Primal toy (from 1996). Love the comparisons with the newer versions of Rhinox (I love the thrilling 30 and 10th anniversary remakes)! Yes this toy has a lot of kibble in the robot mode, but it’s all around an understandable concept. He was also a great character in the show too!

You don't have actually detach chains from the sawblade when storing the pieces in Beast Mode. You can just peg the blade on the back and point both chains to the back, it will all fit and now you have his weapon in 2 pieces, instead of 4.

This made me think of something again when you do beast wars stuff. The mace that comes with the og Optimus primal looks like paleotrexes head? You think they based his head off of his mace?

I am debating on whether to buy the original or the 10th anniversary version. The repaint got gold paint on the robot head and looks better, but I do find the original color to be more...precious for some reason. Especially the original rhino got cool red eyes. Hmm 🤔
