In a way, Lockdown and Sentinel were two of the Autobot's worst enemies besides the Fallen and Megatron. One, they were quite ruthless and had no qualms about destroying innocent lives to achieve their goals and two, they metaphorically didn't have sparks.

Haha hmmm: 1 - Sentinel would win honestly because him and Lockdown both kicked Optimus' ass before he got assistance from Megatron and Bumblebee and Cade, but Sentinel did more damage as Lockdown gained the upper hand when Optimus was distracted. 2 - I'll try that one! No promises though, that's a challenge!
