Scraphook, to me at least, seems the Junkion version of Ironhide, mainly because of the head and overall design having a war hardened veteran look to it.

So and for me, due to him being a towtruck, I see him as Planet Junk's old medic. He's the guy that is in charge of finding injured Junkions and getting them back together

The vehicle mode overall has a wicked Mad Max vibe to it, which meshes with the whole concept of the Junkions so well (in addition to being a movie which they've all probably seen)

I appreciate so much the fact that he can transform without removing parts. I avoided weaponizers like the plague because of their partsforming nature. I think this looks pretty great. 👍

Also, partforming isn't bad if doing right. Not to mention, robot mode of most Weaponizer is quite good because they aren't compromised by their alt mode. Just saying. As calling them a plague is overexaggerating considering the so-called plague you said were in TF G1 days.

@@duyphan4617 Well, it is my opinion and I'm allowed to have it. If I don't like something I don't have to buy it. So, I don't. lol Not to mention I have zero interest in G1 toys. So, telling me that it's been happening since then isn't going to make me like it. Starscream is my favorite character from the whole franchise, but I would never even consider buying any form of his G1 toy because it's a partsforming mess. 😂

PvP’s still photos and figure posing has gotten much better in the last few months! That said whoever at Hasbro decided to make a Transformer out of a Mad Max vehicle deserves a raise.

I think the best way to display him weaponizing other figures would be to have each of the limbs be given to a different figure (preferably a bunch of figures each with different bright colors), give each one an accessory or two as well, and then have them all in an unruly attack formation. Then, take the body and have it being held up in the air by a stand, with blast effects on all of the limb ports, as well as maybe the portal effect PVP has being somehow around the middle of the body? You will be left with an awesome display of a colorful bunch of lads bashing some cons’, with Scraphook shooting off his limbs to power the others up!

This is honestly the biggest bang for your buck ive seen in a long time with a deluxe. Not only does it not parts-form, but the accessories really make me excited for the other junkions to come out so we can quite literally create our own junkion!! Huge fan of Mad Max as well so I'll DEFINITELY pick this guy up. Awesome figure.

Awesome video and posing as always Prime. Cool figure but I never got used to the whole detaching limbs thing, just feels a little weird for me. This figure does have potential for a LLOOTT of remakes tho. An Animated lockdown, a legacy version of RotB Scourge and battletrap, and of course more junkions. Lovely work ❤

I love this little guy! His mold is amazing! One suggestion is to give him a firm but gentle crunch together when you transform him to his truck mode. He rocks! Firm joints, tight and his articulation is stupid amazing.

I believe the Leg: Evo Junkions might be our first ever case of 'Make your own Transformers' in a retail line. You can take multiple Junkions and mix and match parts to make your own wild alt modes and robots modes. It's not something you see often, but when it's done it right, it brings such an awesome cool factor to everything. I can not wait to get my hands on some of these new realeses one day, they are so cool

the rational i have for Scraphook and Wreckgar looking fine in vehicle mode together is Wreckgar has a bike mode designed for another cybertronian to ride, and Scraphook is a traditional earth sized car

Lol obviously Legacy *Evolution* in my opinion is going to have some of the best figures! The Hasbro team needs to create more original characters like Scraphook! (Scraphook is definitely going to be a part of my collection!)

I had no interest in this figure when it was announced, and even after seeing the pics. This review has changed my mind. That figure looks great. I thought it was going to be a cheap, crappy cash grab on the Junkions falling apart gimmick, but that's a real decent figure. It's definitely on the list now. Thanks for sharing with us.

This is something along the line of an idea I've had with the toys. A skeleton type toy like a protoform from the Beast Wars cartoon, that u put pieces of armor on it and will be able to transform. Of course there will be different types of Transformations that'll require certain pieces u can use, like u can only use a Bumblebee/Cliffjumper protoform type armor together, or a Dinobot/Grimlock protoform, etc

It's a cool original design, with a lot of bang for your buck. Despite the Mad Max vibes, I also feel a lot of Twisted Metal here as well. Really wish Hasbro would do something with that license after all the cross over sets they've already done.

I think Scraphook's arms and legs will make decent stand-ins while we wait for the other four core class Dinobots, but wasn't really interested in him in his own right from the promo shots. Seeing how he transforms and getting a 360 view of it he does look pretty cool, though, despite the hints of bayformer sneaking in.
