I think it's interesting that none of the mainline Soundwaves have ever been a substantial improvement over the G1. They have much improved articulation and possibility, but they all look terrible in cassette player mode compared to the G1

For everyone complaining that Rampage doesn't come with his Micron remember that Hasbro had to sell Hot Rod (super mode) with Jolt as an EXCLUSIVE. The mass retail Hot Rod didn't come with Jolt bacause of the budget which makes sense🤓

I think Hasbro could have done better even if Rampage/Wheeljack head Sculpted/Concept was so supposed to be an omaged to G1 Sideswipe. They definitely should’ve have created a brand new mold for Legacy Armada Wheeljack figure itself. Because I have the Micron Densetsu Rampage figure and even though it’s not the greatest it still looks great.
