Transformers Prime has always been one of my favorite TF series ever, Skyquake only appeared in one episode (and another time where Starscream turned him into a zombie), I got his brother Dreadwing from the original toyline, it's fun to see the Prime Universe in the Legacy line, they may have missed the mark with this Skyquake, but at least he looks decent in both modes. This is one of the rare times that the alt mode for one of these doesn't just look like a robot folded into some uncomfortable yoga with a jet welded to it's back.

If you want to lift Skyquake's wings so they tab in, you can detach the nosecone from his hip section, straighten it out like you're going into vehicle mode, and pull the landing gear out to fill in the gap and to push against the inside of his chest. You'll find that you can securely tab his wings where they belong, without too much structural sacrifice

It’s actually a mashup between the prime and his original toy from Euro g1 so far I think he’s probably the best prime figure in legacy by looks

You're right, there isn't something properly designed in the cockpit. The landing gear can't move into place, preventing the rest of the cockpit from compressing. It seems to be some sort of late design change, as the model in the instructions doesn't exactly match the final product for these parts. What we got is the piece in the cockpit that attaches with a mushroom peg to a bar has a small groove in it that needs extended with some filing or shaving. Then, the cockpit can compress more and the wings slot in while keeping the chest down.

Yeah, let’s talk about that weird mushroom peg - I’ve got him in hand and that peg is fully functional. The whole cockpit section can be totally flipped around, and the armature has a bunch of extra hinges. What is going on with this figure??

his evofusion is that his sword combines with his minigun which is meh for the most part. neat thing they did was making needlenose connect with him in jet mode to reference the g1 gimmick of his g1 toy. overall, better mashup of prime and g1 and one of my anticipated figures to get when he ships

I hope yours is built right. The bar that connects the nosecone to his back has to be a certain way. There is a divet for the landing gear to slide in so the back pack is flush not angled. Had to pull mine apart and reverse the piece to fix it.

His vehicle mode looks more like the predator skyquake from the UK.I more consider him the UK Verse skyquake. He can be recolored into Machine wars starscream & King Atlas too.

Got this today and that back part is really bugging me. Something is not right with it. Can't figure it out. I guess he comes in jet mode for a reason, don't transform him lol.
