@@SuperOptimus217 while i dislike a lot of the concept art characters, I think that the decepticons in the bumblebee line are pretty cool. Soundwave and his two minicons, shockwave, and especially megatron are all cool characters to come from that line.

Absolutely insane that Sam found the exact housepaints they used to paint the tank prop for this figure. Definitely worth the “Masterpiece” title.

Movie Brawl has the unique distinction of never having had a bad figure.

Alright!! I'm sold. I was holding out for you to review this figure. I loved Brawl's design, the best next to Blackout, imo, but I wasn't sold on the pics alone. I was worried the transformation would be fiddly, but I am blown away!! Complex, sure, but I've seen way worse, and a far cry from a "nightmare" transformation. And the finished product, bot or alt mode, just looks so darn good, and best of all, accurate!! Guess I'm opening my wallet, and honestly, at $163, thats not as bad as I was thinking it would be. Great review Prime, and another thorough transformation walkthrough. We appreciate all you do for the TF community! Keep on truckin' mate!

In the beginning, Hasbro did good with their figures. Later on down the road, they got lazy or something cause their figures were looking like crap. Now, with the release of this figure they are getting back to their roots. This figure is awesome! THIS is the brawl we should have gotten. Sad that it took this long to perfect it, but totally worth it. I would love to see them do a masterpiece Sideways (different Transformers film). If not, there's always third party.

Great review! While I want to see what RotF will offer, I want to see Hasbro/Takara do a second pass on Optimus and Ironhide, and implement everything they have learned on them. I figure both will need a rerelease with updates from DotM anyway, so why not do them now? Can't wait to preorder Brawl though!
