It's because her design in this movie heavily evokes Mirage, as well as the fact that he was one of the few characters outside the main cast to have a toy revealed and held 1st place in the race throughout most of the scenes in which the leaderboard was visible.

I always knew the origins as Autobots were the higher ups and in power dictatorships which Optimus/Orion wished to change without violence where as the Decepticon were the ones downtrodden and forced to be miners and conscripts in the army and more or less slaved gladiators like Megatrons and Soundwave's origins and so Megatron wished to change the social rank by force.

Actually the Jolt in the movie is the Autobot from ROTF because on the leaderboard right next to the names is the bots color pattern and from the all blue pattern means that its not the Decepticon version. Also there is some bots missing there is Skids and Mudflap who were in the race (though they never appeared on the leaderboard they're cybertronian vehicle modes where seen), Minerva was in the race, and Scattershot who was on the leaderboard.

I think the blue and red bot at 8:50 is actually road rocket with swapped around colors and not double clutch. Reasons 1: Color scheme for road rocket on the leader board has blue as her primary and red as her secondary. 2. Same alternate mode as road rocket being a bike 3.Looks to be built off elitas model as her legs share the same 2 disks on her inner thigh with her back kibble 4:After she jumps to avoid the crashed racer you see her name go up on the leaderboard 5: dose appear again in the film during preperation for the final broadcast and dosent have her faceplate or visor face is female 6:seen behind red bot after the reveal. Tailgate's colors also apper to be swapped as well with blue being the primary and silver/white being the secondary on the leaderboard. During the opening ceramony of the Iacon 5000 Cyan bot with silver accents faceplate, and light blue visor can be spotted next to darkwing possibly tailgate.

I'm pretty sure mixed up the primes T-Cogs for Bumblebee and Elita One. Micronus is for Bumblebee and Alchemist for Elita one. Also Sideswipe had a line as well during Orion Pax speech. Ratchet is my favorite Autobot and I saw him doing pull ups as well and seen him in the background a couple times.
