Man can anyone imagine what it might have been like if Sentinel had lived just long enough to see Orion Pax be reborn as Optimus Prime and saw the Matrix resting in his chest he most likely would've gone crazy and attacked Optimus to try to get his hands on the Matrix and try to claim it for himself like he tried to when he betrayed the Primes.

What D-16/Megatron did to Sentinel Prime is brutal by tearing up his body into pieces but to be honest he definately got what he deserved anyway since Sentinel Prime is the main antagonist of this movie. Although I don't blame D-16/Megatron for hating Sentinel Prime because he had always looked up to him until he learn the truth that Sentinel Prime was never really a hero in the first place.

Some interesting note at 5:26 you can see tear streaks under Megatron's optics so he had been crying (this is actually confirmed by one of the movie team) probably during the fight so D-16 is still in there somewhere. Also at 5:56 is Prowl with a t-cog behind Jazz.

This kind of goes to show that sentinel was a fake prime because it was said that only a prime could defeat a prime and d-16 killed him even though he was a prime
