@@TheAverageViewers It has 2 meanings, one political, and one religious. In the context of the war, it means the day when the war is finally over and they can unite as one people again. No more Autobots or Decepticons, just Cybertronians united. But spiritually, it refers to the day when all Cybertronian Sparks(Souls) return to Primus and become part of the "All-Spark" AKA "The Well of All Sparks" AKA "The Afterlife", finally all becoming truly one.

@@BruceJohnson-om5kl I had scene the post credit scene with bumblebee and didn't think much of it. I just saw the one with the Decepticons! Can't wait to see the Autobots VS the Decepticons! Thanks for letting me know!

Megatron is called D-16 because Transformers one took a ton of inspiration from the IDW transformers comics. That is where his low class D-16 miner bot origin comes from. In that continuity Cybertron was dystopia, where mechs were put into different castes/classes based on what they transformed into. The top of the hierarcy was a good place, but the lower classes had it pretty bad. Megatron/D-16 was a member of the lowest caste, who had basically nothing, not even proper names (they were called by their serial numbers, an weren't even allowed to come to the surface, leave the mines), who became a revolutionist, trying to fight aginst the caste system, and Cybertron's corrupt government, with the help of Orion Pax (which was the civilian name of Optimus before the war since the 80's). Tho D/Megatron was seduced by his lust for revenge and power at the end and became the warlord/tyrant we know him as in most media.

The D-16 name initially comes from the toy line. The Megatron toy's designation was 'D-16' D for Decepticon and 16 for it being the 16th toy in the line.

i love this movie... they finally made a movie in the golden age of cybertron that all fan want it the most. and is easy version origin too, is a fusion of many tf story from tv sereis and idw comic... it's a standalone origin story movie.. the director want they new origin for orion pax and D16 to be equal class but they will have difference path reason for them to split side. . . cartoon 80s - military was the decepticon vs civilian is autobot. in gen1 80s cartoon megatron was build by decepticon to destroy autobot sentinel prime was a hero... the reason sentinel prime become evil for any new series by the live action movie bayver dotm sentinel prime, so most new fan use to the live action already and never watch old cartoon or read comic. Orion Pax is in gen 1 "War Dawn" ep the story about optimus prime past. . in many comic - For D 16 name was from old takara toy of megatron "Walther P38 handgun toy" and was use as name in idw comic unfair transformers worker bot / gladiator /D16 being violent and stuff and victims to the corruptor autobot Council / Senate . Orion Pax [ in some comic they never use orion and just use optimus ] was police "Cybertronian Security Force " or Orion Pax was a librarian see all the archives and start worry for the home world.

@@seed4212 wow, thank you for your comment. I didn't watch a whole lot of transformers growing up so I'm not familiar with all these different origins. I really enjoyed this movie though!
