That was not the actual 2007 transformers movie optimus. The one from the movie had actual rubber tires and rubber smoke stacks and was sizabley bigger. Also where is the ROTF prime? It's literally the best figure and was noticeabley different then the 07 version. And lastly why were the super modes from the Unicron trilogy not included? All in all though good video

it's weird how he uses some bizzare picks for some of them,such as the tiny kit for Powermaster Optimus prime, the Cybertronian mode for Animated Optimus, and not giving the Unicron trilogy their supermodes, or in the case of Cybertron, if he's replacing G1 with MP01, he should have also used the Leader Class Siege figure if continuity doesn't matter. He also skipped iconic iterations like the Generations Optimus and the entire Prime wars trilogy, not that they were great toys, but they're still part of the history, as is the WFC game versions. He also completely skipped Star Convoy even though he used God Ginrai from the Japanese continuity. While God Ginrai's mold was used in the US as "Powermaster Optimus, he shows footage from the Masterforce cartoon. That isn't Optimus Prime. Optimus became Star Convoy in that continuity while Ginrai became Leo. For that matter, if he's including non-optimus characters who share the role optimus has, he also skipped Optimus Primal altogether. While I'm nitpicking, that last Optimus is from Siege, the 2019 toyline. The show is weirdly a year behind, but the 2020 Optimus was Earthrise, the mini MP10.

Not really as first one wasn't even g1 but masterpiece figure (from 2000s or 2010s) based on first figure of Optimus Prime, or rather on his animation model. The actual first figure of him wasn't even half as good, it lacked posebility, didn't had as good bodyshape like new one and was more less a brick, that required extra parts to even transform to robot mode

They didn't actually show G1 Prime. G1 had removable hands that stored in the cab just inside the windows. Kids were always losing the hands. I still have mine. But, of course, without the hands.

Not really. The newest leader class Optimus Prime toy for the Netflix series season 2 "Earthrise" is now out, and holy hell is it the best one yet. It even comes with the trailer, but doesn't cost all that much. Most reviewers liken it to a Masterpiece Optimus Prime without the cost or complexity. This video only shows the season 1 "Siege" version.

Not all of us had the G1 or G2 versions so he had to work with what he had. The movie ones, I guess he just wanted a representation of each design by one toy so the studio series represents in in movies 1 to 3 (granted dotm had the abs but its still the same design) and the last knight voyager represents both Age of Extinction and The Last Knight. And I guess the Combiner wars and titans return designs for the toys didnt really show up in the show (they just used his original G1 design) so its reasonable to cross them out. I guess what he was trying to do here is to show all of the toys who have been seen in their respective shows or movies.

Kociarz Ultimate actually, super ginrai was technically first, and that was the power master prime, god ginrai or C3-10 was released at the same time, but then later released in America, alongside Power master prime, and technically power convoy/ultra magnus was the first to combine with it’s trailer

Release dates are nothing compared to when were toys designed, as it wouldn't be logical to design figure of character that is dead, only to make it into another character, it would only make sense if it was repurposed as other character, especially if we assume that in that times transformers toys that wasn't country exclusive were designed in America.
