This is definitely the most accurate and probably the best looking Gamer Edition figure yet. I like the little details like the pins (or nails?) in his feet and calves being on the same place on the figure as the in-game model. And the vehicle mode in general just has crazy amounts of detail, it's great.

The only thing to complain about is thr backpack. Unfortunately he's got a big backpack and it's very visible!

Wow... his paint may look very dull... but my goodness both his robot and vehicle modes are so freaking spot on its incredible!!! Considering the wreckfest that was Starscream, they certainly improved with this Ratchet!! Though looking more closely at Ratchet's vehicle mode, I've noticed that it looks very similar to the Autobot car soldier's vehicle mode! I could be looking into this to deeply, but that's what it looks like to me!

Starscream was NOT bad. He wasn’t great, but people overreacted WAY TO MUCH.

@@Megajaybreaker4 The thing that turned me off was the proportions of his chest, especially the cockpit. It's too big to be accurate to either robot mode or vehicle mode. They should've picked one mode to prioritize and run with it. The FOC figure from 2012 definitely prioritized vehicle mode, but imo that one looks better than Gamer Edition Starscream even in robot mode.

@vengeance8298 I'd argue that the figure is actually more accurate to FOC than WFC because of the cockpit being slimmer and longer in FOC. I don't think it's anywhere close to 1:1 to either of the game models. The most egregious part, other than the cockpit, are the exhaust pieces above his chest / to the sides of his head. Those aren't even close to the games in placement, size, or shape.

The only thing that i dislike about this figure is the shoulders, it looks like they are attached to the torso rather than the arms which might hinder articulation
