I agree that Hasbro did what they could with this new Galvatron figure, his transformation sequence in AOE was a big cheat, that Transformium thing, I liked how it looked but at the same time, it's as if it wasn't a true Transformer at all, the truck mode is spectacular, more reminiscent of Motormaster in my view. I still have the AOE Galvatron from that toy line back then, he's super easy to transform. Thanks for the review, Paul!

Galvatron transformed like a creo transformers set and I'm pretty sure Galvatron was called motor master as a code name in production of the film

My take on Galvatron was that he was supposed to be like the T8-1000 from Terminator 2 Judgement try as many times to pin him down he' ll always get back up

I have it say IMO he looks great. Really good job with this guy, they didn't cheap out. Engineering is very impressive and his paint is very good. I'm very happy with him.

I don't think anything has been confirmed....but i feel like Galvatron SOMEHOW met Quintessa and she reformatted him into Megatron. I think she tried to get him to help her initially which is why he's got that same red mark on his face that Optimus has when she takes over Optimus

It's the SDCC exclusive version, came with a hunk of rubber from one of the tires of Prime's screen used truck. Awesome paint apps, horrendous price.😂😂

I'M still on the fence about this guy the transformium gimmick is exactly what you described. a stupid and lazy idea the headsculpt is stunning, but the rest of the figure... sur the horrid backpack shellforming thing is gone, but he still has a square body, aoe galvatron is a nightmare to the designers. I fell they did a better stinger

I still have the Age of Extinction Galvatron along with his Studio Series counterpart. I kinda like the backpack shell forming on the former because it was a unique.

@@GESSO217because if Autobots and Decepticons are a solid, then Transformium is like liquid. We see in the movie KSI melting Ratchet down. They turned a solid into a liquid. Also, it didn’t look like lego bricks. Looked like the pixelation you see a face on the news blurred out.
