There was an official set of these released that had Drag Strip in the pack. I think they were trying to make sure people would buy Bruticus as well, or something. I have that set and Drag Strip is doing his best to look like a plane arm

Menasor, but hey. That was the official one, and if you really didn't want Menasor and just wanted Superion, you definitely could've waited for Air Raid and Slingshot to come out. Speaking of which, why not paint up Blast Off (the jet version) to look like Slingshot? HE IS EXACTLY THE SAME, the only difference is the colors

@@Normonaut I had my eye on these figures for five years, and that idea just came to me now so don't sweat it friend. I feel that. If there was a CW KO Slingshot, I would've just bought that. I try to save moneys where I can. Given that the quality on these figures are supposed to be just as good as Hasbro, I might be able to get 11 Transformers for $140 or less, and get the Ultimate Bruticus (CW Onslaught, Vortex, Swindle, and Prime Wars Blast Off), the Ultimate Superion (CW Silverbolt, Skydive, Air Raid, Firefly, and CW Blast Off converted into CW Slingshot) and Alpha Bravo, because I have the Combiner Wars Optimus Prime with the Primo Vitalis Upgrade kit and I have an idea to turn a previously useless afterthought into something cool: Avenger Maximus with Optimus Prime as the torso, and Jazz, Mirage, Alpha Bravo and Rook as the limbs. But for CW Blast Off, should I make him look like the American release, the Japanese release or try and fuse the two designs together. Cherry-pick the best of both and put them together?

8:13 vortex was actually the recolor because alpha bravo was released first,also alpha bravo was a member of the aerialbors in the comics...because slingshot/quickslinger died.

Thank you for doing the reviews, I was interested because I had all the combiners at one point me and my son had a collection close to about 400 figures and in one day lost everything in a house fire and lost everything literally had no renters insurance and it was something I wouldn’t want anyone to go through! And it was on his birthday to top it off. So I’m on a mission trying to get him a collection that he can enjoy again and these look the part and like you mentioned trying to buy them people act like there selling Gold! Lol but that makes it hard to get a real one st a decent price! So thank you for opening that door! I’ll keep you informed cool, have a great day

Thanks for your reviews. Like your videos I mean not a lot of collectors do reviews on cheap knock offs sets. Got the whole set of jujiangs CW superion. They were too big to line up with my other combiner wars that I had so I just ordered these I one, but it's a HZX or whatever that 3rd company called. Can't wait to get it in mail

I bought this KO set, get the KO set of perfect effect body upgrades and 3d printed a better feet with hinges for him. Best purchase I ever done

And 3d printing the feet is easy enough if you can find a 3d printing service near you. No way I'm giving mine away LMAO, I've put my own effort into making him perfect to my liking.

If you get the jet version of Blast Off, that is more accurate to Slingshot than Fireflight.
