Jazz must've ran outta energy after defeating Starscream & Blackout. Due to possibly being exhausted, Brawl managed to get the upper hand. Not to mention Brawl has a ton of arsenal, In which Jazz was at a disadvantage.

I’d say brawl is def stronger than blackout because blackouts durability is super weak to the point he got killed by the humans, and same with starscream I’d go as far to say brawl is even stronger than starscream himself because to take down brawl, they needed all the autobots and the military to help and he still put up a very good fight. Meanwhile starscream gets one explosion in the head and dies by humans

I always found it really funny how Jazz managed to fuck up Blackout and Starscream, but Brawl was too much for him

Maybe his energy level was low after the fight and thus didn't had much strength to fend off Brawl, who just came in fresh.

Tbf Brawl is canonically one of the strongest Decepticon in Bayverse that requires the entire Autobots and the Army to destroy him, which means he's way stronger than Blackout and Starscream

I mean, in the movie itself, it took 3 Autobots (Ironhide, Jazz and Ratchet) and plenty of human support to defeat Brawl

It's weird the game calls him brawl but in the movies he calls himself devastator

Brawl is the name he's supposed to have but things got screwed up for the movie itself.

Yeah that was just a subtitle error in the movie, but Michael Bay refused to let them fix it because he thought Devastator was a cooler name and he's an idiot who has no respect for the source material

Devastator was his original name, more like he already had a devastator in the second movie, Hasbro changed his name to what we know today, Brawl

I really hate how they killed Jazz in this game, it's even worse than the movie version. Since there are alternate endings and such in this game, would it have been too much to do an alternate story showing what the ending would have been like if Jazz survived? Even if it was a non-canon secondary story, I would have liked to see it.

It turns out that in a alternate script, Ratchet was able to restart Jazz's spark with the piece of the cube but Michael Bay said that he had no plan to keep Jazz in the Bayverse.
