I would have opted to have a brand new theme for Unicron anyway but harkening back to Vince DiCola’s work was a neat touch! The 1986 movie score is a cornerstone of my career and I do agree it should have been more prominent in ROTB

Rise of the Beasts is not part of the Bayverse. It’s a reboot. And the way Unicron is depicted in Rise of the Beasts is how he’s traditionally depicted in the franchise and in turn how he’s supposed to be depicted: separate from Earth, flying through space, able to transform into his robot mode (which we have yet to see), and devouring entire planets.
