Rendering every Transformers w/h their individual specs and features from both Cybertron and Earth gets expensive after an while, so, they just use one of them in their entirety and/or entireties' while creating and doing this particular and specific television series of Transformers itself. Also, and again, I far as I can and could remember and understand, Netflix's kind of in an financial deep pit that equates to $20 Billion Dollars, again, at least, as far as I can remember and understand.

Probably, when I first watched transformers prime, and I saw cliffjumper's death, I almost considered not continuing to watch transformers prime. Thought, glad I still watched transformers prime cause, despite the fact that they killed cliffjumper in the first episode, the series was still a good series. What annoyed me even more is that they killed cliffjumper in a different, but still equally brutal way in the bumblebee movie. Just to add insult to injury. Hopefully maybe, cliffjumper won't be killed in transformers siege, considering, that he is already off to a better start, since for the first time as far as I know, his toy for siege earthrise isn't a red repaint of bumblebee.

Liam legocat the only problem I had with primes cliffjumpers is that he died too early If he had died a bit later at least we would’ve gotten some sort of character before he died Plus although prime does a good job at stakes cliffjumers death wears off because he died right at the beginning and no one else has died. That for me, makes it much harder to believe anyone was gonna die Edit: Optimus and bumblebee deaths don’t count, they come back like nothing ever happened so my brain renders that as never died And I’m talking about autobot deaths, I’m aware that other non autobot people die in the series.

To be honest I kind of like that change in terms of characters' perspectives. Throughout movies, TV shows, we all know that the Autobots look up to Optimus. He's basically robot Jesus to them and he has always been depicted as that. I like the fact that even bumblebee in the trailer questions Optimus's motivations.

Yeah, isnt it great how they can tweak the mythos every so often and make the franchise and its characters fresh and interesting. I like how in the IDW comics they make Megatron out to be a plebian grunt construction worker that rebels against an unjust caste system.
