This is probably the best G1 tank Megatron HasTak has ever made (Robot mode wise), the only thing it's missing is the Conbiner Wars silver paintjob. The G1 toy sword is a nice touch.

Strangely the vehicle modes are making me think of if WFC (the games), Transformers Armada, and Transformers Energon had a hybrid universe mashup or something. I actually loved Megatron's alt mode, it takes me back to the first time I played "War For Cybertron". That is some pretty cool weapon storage as well. While many are going to have mixed opinions on the "battle damage" for the figures, I for one like it. For Megatron, it makes me think he hasn't bothered cleaning himself since he's spent a great portion of his time at "The Pits of Kaon".

I don't think it's suppose to "dirt" so much as I think the idea was to look like scuff marks, like the metal itself is warn and scratched from battle. It looks better on the darker bits then it does on the light gray plastic imo.

Since the sword pieces were on inches I liked too display the sword on the arm and have the canon flipped out just like it did in tank form and all I could say is that he is an awesome figure (with the problems on the side) and I liked too put the canon on the left. Arm

The tank vehicle mode has always been my fav version of Megatron. I'm not planning to get any of the Siege figures when it first announced but I ended up getting Hound, Optimus and Megatron already. They all look much better than I expected.

I didn’t fully feel him at first because I feel the chest needed more silver and red to seperate it from the upper chest. Outside of that I love this guy. I’ve noticed that he cleverly homages the proportions and design of the cartoon, yet also homages the design and proportions of the micro change toy and original figure. The wide chest actually reminds me of the original toy and I’m really, really digging that. The front cannon is painted very well, and I love that they homaged the original toys sword weapon. I really would love a black and brown recolor to homage mc-12 the original microchange figure.

I think Megatron has got 2 Battlemaster Tabs on the edge of his blade. Pteraxadon and I think that blade guy both have edge effects that don't attach via a peg, instead using a tab that slots into the effect part. You could put one of these onto Meg's blade, like you could put a blast effect part on the end of a gun.

I thought of the meme “AND THIS IS BAD COMEDY” so I thought the same meme was gonna happen here but overall the transformation looks great the mud- eh just smudge it off with a paper towel or something- megaton was also originally known as megatronus before his vengeance corrupted him and then he started the war the war continued for centuries- no pun intended- but he was focused on killing the autobots that he was knocked out by omega supreme therefore starscream supposedly took over the deceptions until the dark energon reawokened megatron from his coma. Meanwhile optimus and the rest of the autobots were stopping the decepticons from destroying the cannons that could take out the station where the dark energon was being made, stopping the machine making the dark energon, optimus smashed the legs of the machine destroying the dark energon machine, the station transformed into another transformer, trying to take down jetfire, the decepticon tries to kill jetfire and his comrades, but inevitably fails to do so. And so on and so forth

Easily the best Megs We've ever gotten. The TR Voyager had it's merits but we knew from the day it was announced it was a pretool for Blitzwing. This is Megatron. Pure tons of Silver Badassery that blows the TR one out of the water. Proper Fusion cannon, Real Heavy duty and threatening looking tank mode, So much better looking shoulders, Megatron's Buckethead and a waist swivel as the cherry on top

I just brought a repaint. G2 2nd ver colors, the one air missile gimmick i think. Different head, future miner megs head. The gun sword looks cool but i wish the blades were removable. That way it could be a long-range rifle. I got so annoyed with the blades i took the screw out painter's taped that screw to the box. The blades are connected by a long peg on the non-screw end so with a little wiggling makes a halo sword ( the screw end doesn't fall off so far ). I found without the blades in the way the turret rotates better and you get elevation on the gun. Of course i haven't figured out where to put the sword now in vehicle mode . . . 😅
