Is there really a problem with the handle I made for the ax?😢 I think it is very beautiful. 🤩 But I really don't understand why the comments are negative? I hug all the dear ones who follow the How To Restoration channel and I love them all. Let's be kind! To support me, like the video and share with your friends❤️😃 You can subscribe for more video!

That was an excellent restoration but I'll pass on the chance of using it. A layered handle looks great but I've had too many of them break apart into splinters. Just from using it to chop with. Fine looking design, but I would have put some dowel rod in as pins to secure it more in case it starts to crack. That'll make it so it won't break as easy as just layering it like plywood.

Does anybody know why the rust removal come before sandblasting? Couldn't the rust be removed through sandblasting as well?
