Vital attachments and attractions are quite natural during adolescence and extend into early adulthood. At the same time it is the age when we can progress rapidly due to the abundance of vital energies. If these vital energies can be tamed, trained and directed in the right direction then one can lay a strong foundation for the future. The way to do so is by keeping oneself preoccupied with learning different things, playing games and staying busy. However if the vital energies and attractions overpower the mind and we start flowing with the vital currents of life then we lose the moment and the opportunity for progress. Try to look at it with the help of Reason and see where this attachment will lead you. Then by the steady application of Reason and will, by staying busy with work and all that will help you to progress then you will be able to come out of this play that more often than not brings much pain after the initial pleasure trip is over. Most importantly avoid boredom and sitting idle and have friends with whom you can share your feelings.

It is not about a spiritual perspective and the possibility of stopping the war but understanding the real reasons and the purpose of is serving in the wider vision of things and the long-term impact of the war through which the Divine Will seeks to work out some shifts and changes in humanity. Though war is certainly painful yet it is not always avoidable or stoppable and instead becomes a means for fulfilling the Divine Plan for the future of earth and mankind. The only way to stop it is for the nations to consciously open to the Divine Wisdom and love for manifesting the Divine Truth upon earth. In the present day hardly any leader is even remotely conscious of the Divine Will operating through the nation. There is too much unconsciousness, falsehood and fear on every side. War is a purge and a preparation and stopping it arbitrarily by a sentimental idealism is likely to stagnate human evolution rather than hastening it.
