This significant contribution will help advance City of Hope’s mission to provide optimal cancer care to more patients, families, and communities throughout Arizona, reinforcing its status as a leading cancer research and treatment center in the region. The Richard & Georgiann Ames Family Foundation, dedicated to improving lives through supporting cancer research and assisting affected families, raised the funds at their 3rd annual gala. Additionally, the foundation donated an Arabian Horse sculpture named "Bubbles," now displayed in the main gallery of the hospital, symbolizing vitality and the life-sustaining essence of oxygen. Lara Ames, chair of the foundation, highlighted their dedication to giving back, inspired by the many blessings they have received.
