@@nursetracy9990 As I said, too many nurses are in leadership that do not have much experience. Worse part is they think they are leaders and they are not good at it, zero people skills. Satisfied ?

@@1049berkeley Well, if this is statistically true (and not anecdotal), are you trying to state that there are clinical outcomes with increasing negative consequences? If so, which ones and how? I’m interested in clarification instead of a broad statement with lack of correlation. This could be a very good learning opportunity.
