Thank you all so much for the support on the last video :) I hope you like this one too! Please make sure to comment who's base to transform next, they don't need to be a part of HermitCraft - they just need to have a cool base :) Excited to do more Edit: You're all insane, thank you so much for hitting the like goal! I wasn't expecting that at all! I've included the download link in the description, enjoy! As a note, the download only includes the area including the two transformed bases to cut down on the file size, and so I'm not redistributing any work that I didn't work on myself

Love these builds! Also, next time you make one of these videos I highly recommend trying out the Axiom mod, as it absolutely revolutionizes creative building and significantly speeds up/streamlines the process. It also pairs well with world edit, so no need to give up your current tools! (although I personally use it as a wedit alternative)

I know there's lots of requests to do scarland, but given that Scar has stated very clearly that he plans to continue working on it outside of hermitcraft and probably make videos about it, I would recommend holding off on doing that one. It would seem a bit weird to be competing with the original creator in finishing their build. Just something to consider.

When people usually redo or finish builds they sometimes forget to keep a story line. The reasons i love the hermits are because they are great at story telling through their builds. You have done amazing work once again and wish you the best of luck in future endeavors.

Allen's moustache is perfect. I can imagine Grian and Pearl building him as a prank, Mumbo deciding to keep him, then Iskall adding the moustache while giggling like an idiot 🤣 This whole build is awesome and really tells a story!

What's really cool is that the large pipes wouldn't just be asthetic. They could actually very well be functional. After all, the drops from the farms have to get into the storage system somehow! If it were done really cleverly, a portion of the drops could be split off to be stored in the vault for easy access, while the majority could be put in the storage rooms.

This was absolutely insane! I was already in love with Mumbo's own design of the tower, but you sir have absolutely perfected it! And, with all my love and respect towards the great Mustache Man, I'm afraid even he wouldn't have done something as crazy as this. Something similar - yes. But on such a grand scale? Unlikely. Especially in survival, having to gather all the resources and all.

I think finishing Joe's and doc's base would make the most sense since the pinball machine is incomplete and the perimeter is just so vast and empty. Follow by that, I think finishing false's factory would be nice. Also xisuma's base always seems odd to me which just a skull sticking out of a mountain. I would imagine he would had other skeletal parts sticking out of various places within the surface area, but he had never did that.

Absolutely amazing ! I hope Mumbo sees this. I used to play Minecraft a lot and to tackle massives projects like this one. I don't have time for hat anymore and so seeing you do such an amazing job brings back some great memories. Thank you !

Maybe it is a little too copy-pasty in some areas, which is forgivable as Mumbo's base is quite a uniform looking structure, but aside that this is a spectacular transformation, I love the vault upgrade and the gigantic floating orb in the middle, it just ties the whole dark futuristic theme together so well! I especially repsect how you connected Mumbo's and Grian's bases both thematically and literally by tying the quarry bit with the Rift area, something I would've loved done in the main Hermitcraft server itself.

If you're doing upgradesto Hermitcraft bases, I'd recommend ImpulseSV's base from Hermitcraft Season 5. The one that a few hermits referred to as the "birdbath", while Impulse kept calling it Atlantis. Also, Tango Tek's base from the same season. Mumbo's coffe table from season 5 would also be an interesting choice, upgraded in a neon/cyberpunk-esque style.

Nice transformation, you've done amazing, while still following Mumbo's original design principles! This transformation has given me a lotta inspiration for my own projects in Survival. Though now Mumbo's super secure vault has a giant hole at the bottom of it :p I would love to see Joe's pinball machine get finished. It was a labour of love to his interests in life, and I think him and his base are super underrated. One of the largest bases in the season too!

I know both mumbo and grian struggled a ton with inspiration during that season, especially mumbo who had to step away from minecraft for a bit. Hopefully your videos give them inspiration for season 10!

Okay this is a really awesome base transformation. Feels really vanilla and way more in line with the original than Grian's transformation did, on top of having all the features that Mumbo's base was _supposed_ to have... Too bad he never managed to finish it himself... He'd be chuffed to bits with this one though. I especially love how you connected it with Grian's base, both literally and thematically, makes these two feel so much more cohesive than they did... I feel like the overall build is a bit too cookie cutter and copy-paste heavy, and it could use some more variation between the really cool spiky cliff thingies specifically, but that's basically the only gripe I have with it. Awesome creation, I'm sure Mumbo would approve.

So much WOW! Subscribed, and will definitely watch more of your videos! I LOVE the idea with the pipes, I can picture in my head using water streams inside them to move items about. A little redstone to make some of the lights in the build blink would just be icing on the cake. Even in creative mode with world edit tools, it takes superb vision to pull something like this out, and you do this once a week?! That's amazing!

It would of been a great idea to do a bit of interior decoration and let Mumbo do the rest of the interion based on his redstone abilities so it combines both redstone and building elements. That would also be a great opportunity since i believe that you are underrated and you deserve way more subs

No not Scar's base. Although it was unfinished when Hermitcraft Season 9 ended, Scar intends to continue working on it outside of Hermitcraft, and you can tell he has great plans for it. It seems wrong for someone else to be "competing" with him as to how it should be finished.
