I have these brakes on my S13. I had Ed with Control Cables in Santa Fe Springs CA modify my stock parking brake cables to work with these rear brakes. The parking brake is good for parking, but does not have enough bite for drifting. You can see pics of my install on the Google reviews for Control Cables.

I had ed make me mine as well. Works great and yeah it's for parking brake not hydo handle lol Get a 2nd rear caliper and mske your life easier if your trying to drift

How do you get the brake lines hooked up

Very easy like any other brake lines. One end goes to hard line on the car. Other end to the caliper with the 90 degree elbow fitting that is provided. On my car I removed all the hard lines and changed out the booster to a proportion valve with all triggaspec brake lines. But most people won't do what I did. My car was a shell so I had access to all of the places

How did you install the e brake? And what e brake cable did you use?

I had a custome one made for it. They used my old e lines and they were extended to fit the kit. Company is called control cables. Ask for Eddie Tell them trigga sent you

No idea your best bet is call the company and ask but those brake need to use a different bracket I doubt you can run both together
