Recently drove a 24' performance pack with the 3.73 rear end with the MT82 manual trans and the car felt really quick and useable for the stock 486hp. But the 3.73 with the A10 is a whole level above that, the car will be transformed

I picked up a 24 gt A10 3 weeks ago it has the 3.55 and honestly its the first car ive owned that i didnt feel the need to modify for more power. It comes fast enough to give you a bad day if not careful.

Gearing matters way more than a lot of people know.. Obviously gear heads get it but I've seen a lot of people think, Oh I'll just get the Base and with the 10 speed it doesn't matter as much but with manuals gearing is so much more important... I would skip the premium interior crap for the Performance Pack every time though.. Just some friendly advice.. Don't get me wrong get both if you can but if it comes down to a choice between a Base with a Performance Pack or a Premium without it.. Chose the PP... But the for the 10 speed I would do the 355's.. 373's are needed for the manuals for sure..

Full send on 4.09 gears , its got 10 gears. If she wants a procharger , they would still be a good match, if u go with a Whipple or simular superchargers then I'd say stick with 3.73s or 3.55s due how they build boost differently

The trans tuning on these is designed to be driven fast. So in sport mode at normal/ slow speeds it can feel a bit jerky especially when it downshifts as your coming to a stop. You can always try to reset the ecu and start the trans learning again.

You DO NOT need to give your girlfriend a 700+ horsepower car to drive on a street circuit with minimal track hours. She should be getting introduced in a 200-350 horsepower manual car that is more geared towards grip and handling. I started with a 280 WHP 128i. Went to a 554 WHP C6 Z06, and now drive a 991.2 GT3RS. You do not want to start with a high HP car before learning how to control a low HP car and learn your line
