It is kinda legend's fault that they released literally the coolest UL so far this year in the form of Majin Vegeta that everyone was burned out, and had too high expectations for the Festival units. I was expecting Tag Goku Black and Zamasu fusing into Merged Zamasu.

I think the reason they gave us a new Vegito unit for legends fest, for one, we don't have a premium Vegito unit that is green, and second... this is pretty much the last Vegito Blue unit they could realistically do aside from one that fuses with the synchro gauge. Plus, the fact that he completely nullifies auto counters is going to be very important. Aside from all the currently released units that have that, you remember that MUI pose from the Japanese teaser trailer for this year's legends fest? I'm pretty certain that that unit, whether its a transforming UI Sign to MUI, or just an Ultra MUI, will have an auto counter gauge, so this Vegito's value will go up by a ton when that unit comes out.

To be fair The synchro gauge is still pretty new since It was implemented this year I honestly doubt we see another synchro gauge unit for the rest of this year If they released 2 new units with the synchro gauge right now then it would be like the 6th anniversary had nothing really unique about it I could see it happening next anni or fest but overuse of a new mechanic is not always a good thing
