Well this took an unexpected turn! I originally recorded this for my own diary and wasn't going to share this footage of me talking, but here we are. I had really been going through it the beginning of the year after breaking my jaw and healing from the healing process (literally was harder to heal from the "healing," than it was to heal from breaking my jaw) yet this moment was a shift that changed everything! I wasn't going to share this but after my performance I realize it is powerful to share the week transformation and energetic shift. Emotions passing through the body feel so blissful these days, so purifying and enlivening. And like you said, you can experience the beauty in the emotions of others as an empath without taking them on as your own, and experience the magnitude of different soul experiences. Sometimes just seeing someone treat another person with kindness is enough to bring me to joyful tears lol, and an expansive heart feeling.
