please check the genetic material has to inject in female pronucleus or male pronucleus. as per my knowledge the genetic material is injected in male pronucleus

Great explanation, however, the male pronuclei is larger than that of the female pronuclei (at least for mice).

Note that in mice the male pronuclei tends to be bigger than the female pronuclei.

Uhm, no. The process is random; you have no control over where the gene goes. If you want to control where the gene goes, you need to select for true homologous recombination through a different process that utilizes g418 and ganciclovir .
