Oh my God now he voices Thanatos in Hades, too! I was sad not to have figured it out without looking it up, it's actually rather... Clear when you think of it while listening to Asher's lines.

I just wish that Asher and Grant had been more shown during the game, it sucks to only hear Asher's voice and then eventually see their corpses. I wish we could've met Grant, perhaps even become a part of the Camerata, or at least work together with them, then maybe the games length could've been extended at least an hour or more.

yeah thats one thing i didnt really like abt transistor? how all the characters are just like...passages in the codex thing, with a portrait, and maybe a voice. it felt weird not getting to actually see or meet most of the characters.

@@googplusisawful1922 It’s supposed to give an apocalyptic feel because… the world is ending in this game. It’s one of SGG most depressing titles imo. I recommend playing Bastion if you want to play in a similar world but actually want to meet the characters.

princessthyemis They share the same family name while not resembling each other even remotely, so the fans decided that Asher is either Grant's adopted son or husband. Both are possible, course.

+princessthyemis They are not brothers or family members. The creators have explicitly confirmed that they were a gay couple. If you read their bios, it's really obvious that they were in love with each other - Asher's bio in general relates to how they met while he was conducting interviews with prominent members of society, one of them being Grant, and how, after they started meeting outside the job: "The administrator became much more to him than just a source at this point."

It comes with the game, sort of! When playing, you unlock trading cards in Steam that have these artworks attached to them, so you can download them from those cards!
